Pro.4 Wages covers the problem of calculating of wages and other remuneration from employemnt (attendance fees, contract work, ...) as well as earnings from other work relationships. This software solution can work as a standalone module or in connection with the HRM module, which provides all the neccessary information about workers, otherwise this information is provided through the wages module and it's made by hand.

This Pro.4 module works based on the type of payments. For each year we gather 12 payments (monthly wage) and based on the needs, additional payments. For each payment we get the report of all data about the personnel, from which we assure the history of payments. It is possible to have track of promotions, flexible income, we can manage different gropus of people in relation to payments, which are completely different.
