Pro-bit is a software and database applications development company. We provide IT solutions tailored to meet an individual business' needs. We are of the firm belief that by listening to, and understanding, a client’s specific business requirements we can offer a solution that is tailored to meet their business needs. Our experience of the IT industry encompasses many technologies and methodologies to enable us to apply the most appropriate solution to a customer’s requirements. Company. has 49 employees. More than a half of employees have B.Sc. degree or masters. majority of them are computer science engineers or economists.

Brief history
The company was found in 1989 and started with producing and implementing simple software for small businesses. The company has increased its quantity and quality and is now a significant supplier of self-created software (and services) for medium and large businesses in Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia, whose business processes are based upon excellent working skills and professional knowledge of our employees.

Our potential customers are those who want software solutions customised to a level other global vendors cannot reach or those who appreciate our prompt delivery, lower prices and higher security. It is also an issue for global vendors to be thorough on the grounds of not dealing with some vertical solutions while we are prepared to go further to fulfil customer needs.

The message we wish to give our clients is that a business information system is too important to be treated as infrastructure. A business information system has to give support to a company's strategy and most importantly give competitive advantage in the market. One cannot provide this with an average solution.

The customers knowing this look for a business information system, which will give them permanent advantage. But firstly a system like this needs to be built (internal and external stakeholders cooperating). We offer a platform, pre-prepared solutions and team of experts as the founding element in creating the desired system.

At our work, we use different data bases. This means that we are one of few companies on the market, that it's business software is running on MS SQL Server, Oracle, IBM DB2, IBM Informix and Pervasive SQL.
